What You Need:

1. A medium to large peach
2. A knife – to cut the peach with

How to do it:

1. Remove the the core and the pip of the peach. You can easily do this by cutting a circle about 1 and a half inches in diameter all the way through the peach from the top down.

The pill has been invented which frees women up from the risk of having children each time they make love. Besides in the old days women were told to just lie back and think of England and let the man do his thing. It was considered as one of the things a woman just had to put up with. In fact in Victorian times a woman was told that only floozys and easy women enjoyed sex.

Luckily sex education has made humans realise that women have pleasure zones and it is quite acceptable for them to want sex and to enjoy it as well.

Many couples want to find out more about love making techniques because they want to be able to give and recieve pleasure.This is positive.

Todays times also make porn and sleaze readily availabe. I write about  in this post, why I don’t agree with using porn for arousal.

Men and women making love often need new ideas to freshen up their love lives – often playing sex games or making love in a new location will do the trick.

It’s not that I’m a square or religious – in fact I’m all about having fun and being adventorous.

Pornography is directed and acted out by proffessionals whose aim is to make money with it. It’s hardly based on real people and if it is it’s often without people’s consent and degrading to the unfortunate victims.

There has been so much pain assciated with porn that I definately wouldn’t use it for sex education or improving love making techniques

Here are some of the pitfalls of porn:

• Some people can’t aroused without porn if they’ve been watching to much.
• Most porn is created for men – generally women don’t enjoy the stuff the porn goddesses are pretending to like.
• After a while you’ll be comparing you and your partner to the sex scenes which is not attainable as you don’t have a full movie crew in the background.
• Those images live inside you for ever.
• Usually women feel degraded by porn – do you want to degrade women?
• You could begin to lust after the actors and desire to be fullfilled by them.
• You may want to recreate the scenes you watched in the porn movie even if you know your partner doesn’t want it.
• At some stage you’ll begin to need harder porn to get aroused.
• Porn is addictive -do you want to be addicted?
• Lots of people that watch porn have multiple sex partners.
• Almost all serial killers have confessed to being addicted to porn.
• People that watch porn usually have the least satisfying sex lives.
• Many porn watchers get so involved with porn that they can’t get intimate with their partners.

Hmmmm, need I say more?

1. Increase foreplay time

   Seriously longer foreplay gives you time to build up sexual excitement. I don’t know why it works but it seems as though humans were just programmed that way!

   Just think of the times when you were waiting in antcipation for something – maybe a holiday or an invitation to a big event. All the advertising and build up to that final moment made it exciting.

   It’s the same when making love. Next time you’re in between the sheets, make an effort to explore your partners body.

   Kiss every where. If you’re shy you can switch off the lights and just enjoy the sensation.

2. Dare to try out something new

   Besides trying out a new position you could do something adventurous like having sex in a new place. Be brave. pack a picnic basket and go to the park – you never know what can happen in a secluded spot.

   If you’ve been in a relationship for many years this may be exactly what the doctor ordered.

3. Play sex games

   Fun and tasteful sex games are a great way to learn about improving love making techniques.
   Because when you play games you’re doing both of the above – you’re extending foreplay and definately trying out something new!

   There are a variety of games one can play – they don’t have to be your typical sex poker type of game. You could think of a sports game or an acting game.

   All it takes is a bit of imagination, creativity and the willingness to say yes to some new love making techniques.
